To complete one of our kitchen teams, we are looking for a Head Chef (M/F) at a 100% activity rate.
Mission
You manage the kitchen operations. You carry out these activities with the goal of satisfying beneficiaries, staff, and visitors. You work in a spirit of quality, efficiency, and good collaboration. You achieve the objectives assigned to you in terms of budget, hygiene, nutritional balance, and training.
Responsibilities
Ensure the production of healthy, balanced food adapted to the beneficiaries
Respectfully supervise collaborators and workers in supported employment
Organize and control the work of the kitchen team while fostering a friendly atmosphere
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment and premises
Make purchases while seeking the best quality/price ratio
Respect and enforce safety instructions
Desired Profile
Mandatory chef apprenticeship certificate (CFC)
A specialization in dietetics is an asset
Proven experience in leading a team
Knowledge of HACCP standards
Confirmed adaptability and communication skills
Collaborative spirit, mental resilience, and manual dexterity
Good command of the French language, both written and spoken
Interest in the social field and ease in contact with people with disabilities

Conditions according to the collective labor agreement in the Vaud parapublic social sector.
Permanent contract.
Regular hours. You will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays according to a set rotation.
