We are looking for a solution-oriented, resilient, and communicative person for our dynamic Supply Chain Operations team

Specialist in Rough Planning / Disposition 80-100%

• You are responsible for the disposition of packaging materials.
• You take responsibility for the internal and external disposition of merchandise.
• You ensure smooth coordination and handling of co-manufacturing / co-packaging processes.
• You coordinate the rolling review of the sales plan with the sales departments.
• You ensure timely, quantity- and quality-appropriate deliveries – in close coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
• You define and monitor safety stocks.
• You ensure optimal order quantities based on demand and inventory analyses.
• You work very closely with purchasing, production, product management, warehouse, and external interfaces.
• You will participate in projects for process optimization and further development of the department.

• You have a basic EFZ education and have further trained in the field of Supply Chain.
• You have practical experience in disposition and understand how to think in a networked way.
• You enjoy analyzing numbers and values and have very good knowledge of SAP R3.
• Through convincing communication, you are able to win employees from various departments for the implementation of good ideas.
• You have a good sense for complex manufacturing or production processes and are characterized by analytical-conceptual skills.
• You communicate effortlessly in German and English and possess a healthy assertiveness.
• You are self-reflective and enjoy working in a team.
