Administration Specialist / Administration Specialist 50-80% (m/f/d)
within our Lausanne Boutique
Your duties
- You ensure and supervise the activities of the subsidiaries' office.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the merchandise as well as the transfer between boutiques and headquarters.
- You manage the cash register and local accounting.
- You act as assistant to the boutique manager.
- You contribute to the organization of customer events and support the management of VIP clients.
- You are in charge of processing customer orders, order forms, and reservations.
- You handle internal and external telephone call reception.
- You support the sales teams with all administrative questions.
- You ensure a flawless flow of information between colleagues.
Your skills
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent professional training.
- Experience in the luxury or hospitality segment.
- Excellent command of French (C2) and German spoken and written (C2), as well as very good knowledge of English (B2).
- Good command of computer tools (Word, Excel, and others).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Initiative and efficiency, rigor and responsiveness.
- Organized and autonomous.
- Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and excellent team spirit.
- Neat and professional appearance.
