The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, purchasing and asset management, as well as IT services.

Mission:

• Support the HR, Finance, and Engineering departments in defining their needs and propose suitable solutions
• Be a driving force in the possibilities offered by IT and digitalization in these areas
• Develop with these departments their digitalization roadmap to achieve their strategic objectives and support its implementation
• Manage the IT budgets of these departments and propose efficiency measures
• Be the IT referent for business application managers to support them in technical and administrative aspects
• Manage escalation situations and define sustainable solutions in close collaboration with the IT teams

Profile:

• Engineer (HES or EPF) or university degree in business informatics or business/economics or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Understanding of business strategies and ability to translate them into IT needs
• Ability to improve or implement new IT services, understand business strategies and translate them into IT needs, with strong general technical skills (infrastructure and applications)
