As a business informatics specialist, you take on a key role with us: You are the interface between our customers, the development teams, and other stakeholders. In an agile product development environment based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), you actively shape the digital future of our social insurances.

What you will achieve

As a business informatics specialist, you are responsible for analyzing requirements, developing concepts, and ensuring the optimal implementation of software projects. Your main tasks are:

• Responsible for the demand-oriented further development of the assigned insurance products
• Systematic management of customer needs, advising customers, identifying, documenting, and verifying new requirements
• Responsibility for adherence to project planning, budget, and quality
• Responsibility for 2nd level support of the assigned insurance products
• Initiate automation and digitization enhancements to ensure that the efficiency and quality of the assigned insurance products remain consistently beneficial and innovative

Why you will succeed

This demanding role requires solid experience, conceptual thinking, and technical understanding:

• Degree in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH/University)
• Experience in leading and managing software projects
• Experience in business analysis, designing digitization projects, and in an interface function between business and IT
• Experience in software development, databases, and container technologies
• Experience with agile methods, ideally with SAFe®
• Native German speaker, any additional national language is desirable
