At the heart of our data valorization strategy, we are looking for a Head of Data Infrastructure Group - 80-100%. Your mission is twofold: to guarantee a cutting-edge infrastructure for our data and integration platforms while guiding your team towards operational excellence on the Azure Cloud.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Provide Cloud (Azure) and on-premises infrastructure services for our Data teams

• Define, deploy, and maintain the necessary resources for the Data division in the Azure environment via Terraform

• Manage DevOps pipelines across our various technologies via Azure DevOps

• Ensure the availability and performance of our messaging platforms and API Managers: Kafka Cloud, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub, WS02, Azure API Manager, RabbitMQ. Also MongoDb and AKS services

• Actively contribute to certain deliveries

• Engage in defining the architecture of our solutions with enterprise architects, Tech leads, and Vaudoise infrastructure teams

• Lead and manage a team of engineers (5-10)

• Support the transition and skill development of your team on cloud technologies

• Implement cross-technology knowledge transfers within your team to ensure redundancy on critical services

• Provide quality service to projects and teams within the data division

• Act as a key partner with Vaudoise infrastructure teams (TDSI) and solution architects

• Define performance indicators (KPIs), measure service quality, and manage continuous optimization plans

Your profile:

• Higher professional education such as HES, University or EPF in computer science or generalist field​

• Minimum 5 years of experience with deployment technologies on Azure (Terraform, Azure DevOps or GitHub)

• Experience with messaging and API platforms, ideally Kafka

• You have already managed technical profiles and know how to unite a team around complex projects

• Proven ability to coach and lead Scrum teams towards increased performance and continuous process improvement, aiming for stable velocity and product quality

• Customer-oriented and service-minded

• Excellent communication skills, ability to unite, inspire, and support change

• ​​​​Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level)​
