For ourconstruction site in Bern we are looking for you as ourConstruction Foreman New Construction (m/f/d). Your place of work will be the Bern region. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of top-level medicine at the major project Inselspital BB07 in Bern. On the site, the new research and training center for medicine of the University of Bern is being built – a complex new building with 13 floors and over 35,000 m² gross floor area. After the special foundation work, the demanding structural work begins, which places the highest demands on coordination, logistics, and execution quality. Your responsibilities

• Independent management of construction sites
• Resource planning and deployment
• Personnel and technical leadership of the construction teams including implementation of occupational safety measures and quality assurance
• Work preparation, construction process planning
• Measuring, profitable billing of construction sites including warranty acceptances
• Contact person for clients, business partners, and employees
• Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Implementation of project controlling

Why you succeed

• Solid training in the main construction trade, certified construction foreman SBA or technician HF / TS
• Several years of professional experience as a construction foreman in the realization of new construction projects
• Confident handling of MS Office, SAP, RIB iTWO is an advantage
• Precise working method, resilient, team- and customer-oriented
