Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA / Nursing Assistant with SRK Course on an Hourly Wage 60 - 100%

The Park Retirement Center is located in the middle of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is nestled in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.

• Individual care and support of seven residents in assisted living 
• Promotion of the residents' quality of life through everyday activities and individual accompaniment
• Carrying out household tasks (e.g., preparation of dinner or snacks)
• Independent work during the late shift and responsible work with a contact person (specialist) in the adjacent building

• Training as an Assistant in Health & Social Care (EBA) or as a Nursing Assistant with SRK course and experience in long-term care
• Enjoyment of a versatile, independent, and responsible activity
• Good German skills in spoken and written form and understanding of Swiss German
• High empathy and joy in dealing with the residents 
• Flexibility and willingness to work extra shifts during other employees' vacations
