SPS offers comprehensive "Enterprise Workplace Solutions," from office and campus logistics to business support and digital mailroom. As a strong closing sales personality, you take responsibility for closing significant new business in this area. The focus is on the top 150 companies in Switzerland. You can skillfully navigate both C-level and middle management and understand the customer's challenges and processes to convince them with the added value of SPS's EWS solutions. Your further tasks include:- Planning, managing, and implementing the entire acquisition process from initial contact through offer preparation to contract negotiation
- Initiating first contacts and attending customer appointments
- Building and maintaining reliable relationships with decision-makers
- Developing a convincing value proposition and a successful EWS offering for target customers
- Defining and analyzing relevant target industries as well as market and competitor analyses
- Participating in relevant industry events, e.g., trade fairs
Your Profile
- Successfully completed university degree or equivalent further education
- Proven sales success with major clients in the outsourcing business, ideally in workplace/hospitality services, facility management, document logistics, digital mailroom, or similar
- Negotiation skills and the ability to convincingly position the USPs of SPS solutions with customers and conclude commercial agreements and contracts
- Active network with relevant decision-makers in target companies (top 150 companies in Switzerland)
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, even under high workload or time pressure
- Fluent German and English skills; French is an advantage
