As an Engine Mechanic you will:

Support disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules on one of our engine lines, (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56)

Ensure technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with applicable manuals and regulations

Deliver assigned work on time and to high quality standards

Apply Lean methodology and support continuous process improvement

Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility

Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness

Your Profile

Completed vocational training, ideally as polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery mechanic or from another highly mechanical/technical industry

Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage

Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Must be able to lift heavy objects

High sense of responsibility and self-motivation

Good English skills (minimum B1) and German speaking is an advantage

Able to work in a 2-shift system
