We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor across several areas, including Engine Line, Module Line and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport. As an Engine Mechanic you will:
- Support disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines or modules on one of our engine lines, (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56)
- Ensure technical and administrative completion of all assigned tasks in accordance with applicable manuals and regulations
- Deliver assigned work on time and to high quality standards
- Apply Lean methodology and support continuous process improvement
- Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
- Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally as polymechanic, automotive, agricultural machinery mechanic or from another highly mechanical/technical industry
- Relevant working experience within the Aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage
- Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
- Good English skills (minimum B1) and German speaking is an advantage
- Able to work in a 2-shift system
