Team Leader & Project Manager HVAC 80-100%

In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: collaboration, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.

YOUR TASKS:

• Personnel and technical leadership of a team in the HVAC area

• Independent management of HVAC projects across all planning and execution phases (SIA 31–53) in the areas of industrial, commercial, hospital, and residential construction

• Coordination of internal and external project participants

• Participation in construction meetings as well as ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs

• Support in the further development of innovative solutions in the field of building technology

• Acquisition in the German-speaking part of Switzerland

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed further education (FH or HF) in the field of HVAC

• Several years of professional experience in the conception, planning, and management of projects in the field of building technology

• Strong ability to lead teams

• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations

• Experience with CAD/BIM (Plancal Nova, Revit)

• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
