Job functions

Contributes through careful and efficient work to the preparation of quality meals

Shows interest in the development of dishes and research of new recipes

Ensures the proper placement of dishes, choice of colors, respect for cooking times and quantities

Ensures the proper preservation of raw and cooked foods

Participates in the life of the kitchen quality system

Participates in the training of apprentices

Strives to maintain consistency in work

Organizes work in a rational and economical manner

Presents impeccable personal hygiene

Performs daily cleaning and tidying

Takes great care of the equipment used by respecting the instructions of the superior

Ensures impeccable order and cleanliness of the workstation

Qualifications

Training : CFC cooking or equivalent

Experience : minimum 1 year in the same position
