Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.
We are looking for a:
Catering employee at 60%
To strengthen our Kitchen service, starting 12/01/2025

YOU HAVE
- At least 5 years of experience in the catering field, experience in hotel catering is an asset.
- Excellent command of the French language (spoken and written), required.
- Flexibility allowing you to cover defined hours, as well as weekends and public holidays.
- Strong motivation to commit yourself in a hospital environment.
- Rigor in respecting hygiene and safety standards.
- A sense of hospitality, strong customer and solution orientation.
- Dynamism, initiative, and responsibility.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Prepare the various setups necessary for the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Actively participate in service and daily organization.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room team to improve the customer experience.
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and clean environment.
- Participate in managing catering equipment.
- Handle cash, manage cash funds, and record services.
- Strictly apply HACCP hygiene standards and safety instructions.
