For our newly created "Room Service" team at the Rehabilitation Center St. Gallen, we are looking for a

• Professional responsibility and organization of room service
• Duty planning, coordination, and guidance of the team including training of new employees
• Ensuring and further developing service and quality standards
• Interface to kitchen, nursing service, and administration for smooth operations
• Support in optimizing processes and contributing ideas
• Check-in/check-out of our patients as well as care in room service including bed preparation
• Carrying out mise en place and cleaning tasks according to hygiene and quality standards
• Taking over administrative tasks in daily ward and service operations
• Flexible assistance in other areas as needed

• Several years of professional experience in hotel, gastronomy, or service sector, training is an advantage
• Desirable: nursing experience
• Strong leadership skills as well as experience in organizing and motivating employees
• Friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented personality with a role model function
• Structured, responsible, and team-oriented working style
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and shifts
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
