For our newly created "Room Service" team at the Rehabilitation Center St. Gallen, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Professional responsibility and organization of room service
- Duty planning, coordination, and guidance of the team including training of new employees
- Ensuring and further developing service and quality standards
- Interface to kitchen, nursing service, and administration for smooth operations
- Support in optimizing processes and contributing ideas
- Check-in/check-out of our patients as well as care in room service including bed preparation
- Carrying out mise en place and cleaning tasks according to hygiene and quality standards
- Taking over administrative tasks in daily ward and service operations
- Flexible assistance in other areas as needed
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in hotel, gastronomy, or service sector, training is an advantage
- Desirable: nursing experience
- Strong leadership skills as well as experience in organizing and motivating employees
- Friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented personality with a role model function
- Structured, responsible, and team-oriented working style
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and shifts
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
