Deputy Qualified Person (QP)/ Deputy Qualified Person (m/f/d)
What you will achieve:
- Support the Qualified Person (QP) in tasks related to the administration and maintenance of licenses for medicines, medical devices, and narcotics
- Act as deputy to the QP, overseeing tasks and responsible for technical management according to the Swiss Therapeutic Products Act (HMG), GDP, and GMP
- Support the QP in resolving product quality issues and reporting to regulatory authorities
- Conduct market releases for medicines and medical devices
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal quality guidelines
- You maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Support the QP during inspections by authorities (e.g., Swissmedic) and audits
- Train employees in quality and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, sales, regulatory affairs, country management) and external partners
What you bring:
- University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related life sciences field
- Good knowledge of Swiss legislation
- Recognition as a Qualified Person (QP) by Swissmedic
- Many years of experience as a Qualified Person (QP) in Switzerland
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or sales of medicines
- Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements (HMG, GMP, GDP)
- Excellent German and English skills (French or Italian advantageous)
- Strong communication skills, responsibility and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent technical writing skills and strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Leads and is agile to drive change and influence others.
