YOUR TASKS
Inventory management of the hospital pharmacy (including orders, goods receipt, expiry date control, and returns)
Procurement of medications for the entire clinic, picking and distribution of medications on the clinic wards, as well as narcotics control
Participation in the further development of the hospital pharmacy's quality management system
Contact person for inquiries from doctors and nursing staff regarding the range of medicines
Maintenance of the material master data in SAP as well as other administrative tasks
YOUR PROFILE
Apprenticeship as a Pharma Assistant or Pharmacy Specialist, with practical professional experience preferred
Very good oral and written German skills
Good MS Office skills, SAP MM knowledge is an advantage
Friendly, balanced personality with service-oriented thinking and acting, combined with an independent, precise, and proactive working style, and a networked way of thinking
Open-minded, communicative, reliable, and team-oriented personality
