YOUR TASKS

• Inventory management of the hospital pharmacy (including orders, goods receipt, expiry date control, and returns)

• Procurement of medications for the entire clinic, picking and distribution of medications on the clinic wards, as well as narcotics control

• Participation in the further development of the hospital pharmacy's quality management system

• Contact person for inquiries from doctors and nursing staff regarding the range of medicines

• Maintenance of the material master data in SAP as well as other administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• Apprenticeship as a Pharma Assistant or Pharmacy Specialist, with practical professional experience preferred

• Very good oral and written German skills

• Good MS Office skills, SAP MM knowledge is an advantage

• Friendly, balanced personality with service-oriented thinking and acting, combined with an independent, precise, and proactive working style, and a networked way of thinking

• Open-minded, communicative, reliable, and team-oriented personality
