Tasks

Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten.
Planung und Anpassung der Pflegeprozesse gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
Du führst elektronische Pflegedokumentationen und arbeitest interdisziplinär.

Skills

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegehelfer/in oder Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ ist erforderlich.
Zeitliche Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Abend- und Wochenendeinsätzen.
Gute Deutschkenntnisse auf B2 Niveau sind wichtig.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the care and support of patients, even in complex situations
You are also responsible for planning, implementing, and adjusting care processes
You perform nursing tasks and work interdisciplinarily with doctors, physiotherapy, and activation
Maintaining electronic nursing documentation and individual performance recording are part of your duties

Requirements Profile

Completed training as a Nursing Assistant SRK or Health Professional EFZ
Time flexibility as well as willingness to work evenings and weekends
Good German skills at B2 level
Driver's license and own car are mandatory
Trustworthy and committed personality with a neat appearance
Driver's license category B and own vehicle are an advantage
