Your tasks
- You ensure needs-based nursing care of patients in your area of responsibility and promote nursing according to current standards and guidelines
- You lead the employees in the nursing team in your responsible area in a goal-oriented manner based on a cooperative leadership understanding and promote teamwork
- You develop concepts with your ward management and your team in close cooperation with the nursing management and its competence areas
- You take responsibility for jointly agreed projects
- You work trustfully with the nursing management and its competence areas
- You implement strategic objectives in cooperation with your ward management in your area of responsibility
- You see interdisciplinary collaboration as an enrichment
Your profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a health and pediatric nurse (m/f/d) or comparable nursing specialist with pediatric focus including specialist training in pediatric intensive and anesthesia care
- You have professional experience in nursing as well as leadership experience
- You bring organizational and coordination skills as well as willingness to cooperate with other professional groups and specialist departments
- You convince through openness to change processes, enjoyment in motivating, assertiveness, initiative, and independent, solution-oriented action
- You possess communication skills, reliability, and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
- You are willing to further qualify yourself through regular leadership training and measures
