Our mission: We safely power your flight. As a Logistic Engine Transport Coordinator you will:

Your tasks

To promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety, Compliance and Quality Policy is communicated/promoted and implemented within the Organization

To ensure that all elements of the (safety) Management System are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all (safety) Management System related duties and responsibilities as defined in MOE and SMS Manual

Administrative transport processing of engines in cooperation with various internal departments and freight forwarders

Preparing engines for international shipping and coordinating the loading together with freight forwarders and carriers

Creating export declarations in eDec and Transit Documents in Passar, not always cancelling of international and national transit documents and doing Import customs clearance

Preparing and providing various delivery documents (CMR, Delivery Sheets, DGD, AWB)

Preparation of dangerous goods declarations in air- and road transport (IATA, ADR, IMO), contact

Person for technical enquiries on dangerous goods topics

Contact person for internal enquiries on forwarding-related topics, as well as for the customs authorities, drivers and partners

Coordinate the dispatch of goods with our logistics department in Belgrade

Preparation KPI Reports

Your Profile

Knowledges as forwarding agent and /or as customs clearance agent (import and Export)

Very good knowledge of German and English

Independent, precise and autonomous work

Good communication, organizational and teamwork skills

MS Office incl. Teams and Outlook

Knowledge of SAP, Fastlog/Edec, Passar, Dangerous Goods Program would be an advantage
