Sales Manager 100% (M/F/D)
Your tasks:
You analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks and derive targeted measures
You identify and acquire new customers domestically and abroad, especially in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries
For new customer acquisition, you use, among other things, our online presence and manage our existing online lead channels
At regular intervals, you represent us at medical congresses and use these events to acquire potential new customers
You initiate conversations with potential new customers and qualify them for the further course of our sales process
You conduct contract negotiations with customers and partners to secure advantageous conditions for both sides
You monitor sales performance based on defined KPIs and prepare regular reports for management
What you bring:
You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in selling agency services in the healthcare sector
You have a degree in a relevant field or a higher commercial education
You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both in German and English
You have outstanding skills in customer acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management; a strong passion for sales
Strong analytical skills for market analysis and strategy development also characterize you
