About the job
For over 50 years, our international guests have been indulged with exotic drinks and Eurasian culinary delights in our world-famous Polynesian specialty restaurant Trader Vic's. To offer our guests the highest quality, we are looking for you to strengthen our 13-point Gault Milleau kitchen team as soon as possible.
As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks:- Maintenance and cleaning of all work areas and equipment according to instructions, ensuring house-specific and legal hygiene regulations.
- Proper storage of all food and raw materials according to instructions.
- Preparation and execution of all work in the production area, considering economic aspects and maintaining quality standards.
- Preparation of typical dishes and meals in the style of Trader Vic's
- First successful professional experience as a cook
