IT Employee 60-70%

Are you interested in a new versatile challenge? We are looking for you to strengthen our IT team starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

As part of the small IT team, you take responsibility for the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. You are the first point of contact for our employees and residents and confidently handle the recording, answering, and processing of all IT concerns in daily business. In collaboration with internal specialists and external partners, you drive the further development of applications. You reliably manage user accounts (AD and applications) and efficiently manage our entire hardware and software inventory – from PCs to servers to the network. In addition, you represent IT interests in various interdisciplinary projects.

You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or HF or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have experience in larger Windows and Office environments as well as in complex networks. You have already worked in help desk and as an application manager. We expect an independent and responsible working style as well as a customer-friendly, communicative manner. You have a special flair for dealing with people, whether employees from different disciplines or residents with disabilities. Experience in healthcare would be an ideal bonus.
