Medical Practice Assistant 50% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Assistance in setting up the new day clinic for occupational rehabilitation
- Organizational and administrative coordination tasks of the occupational rehabilitation department
- Telephone and personal contact with internal and external offices such as general practitioner practices
- Medical activities such as preparing medication, measuring vital signs
- Procurement and management of medications
- Maintenance and care of patient documentation
- Recording patient data and billable services
- Other diverse administrative and organizational tasks for the team
Your profile
- Completed training in healthcare (MPA, FaGe, etc.) with further training in the commercial field (medical secretary, business school)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in healthcare
- Confident handling of IT applications (MS Office, practice software)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Initiative, independent and empathetic personality with a pragmatic approach
