The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For the General Department of the Surgical Clinic (focus on Orthopedics & Traumatology) we are looking for a Health Specialist as of January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Participate in the professional care and support of our patients
Take on administrative and organizational tasks in daily nursing care
Perform delegated tasks in the medical-technical area and medication process
Co-responsibility for housekeeping tasks to ensure smooth ward operations

Your Profile

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
High professional and social competence as well as enjoyment of teamwork
Willingness to learn and interest in a versatile, future-oriented work environment
Good organizational skills and independent working style
