Secretary
Financial Control | 50% | Chur
The Financial Control is the supreme specialized body for financial supervision. It supports the Grand Council, the Government, and the courts in supervising the finances of the administration and the judicial administration.
We are looking immediately or by agreement for a motivated person as secretary (50%).
Your field of responsibilities
- Writing and editing reports, processing and preparing correspondence and presentations
- Supporting the office management and the department as well as the auditors
- Performing general secretarial tasks and managing the central document repository
- Organizing team events
- Handling periodic tasks according to schedule
- Supporting internal projects
What we wish from you
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education and initial professional experience in a secretarial role
- Confident expression in German spoken and written (native language), knowledge of other cantonal languages is an advantage
- Confident use of modern IT tools
- Structured, forward-looking, independent, and precise working style
- Service- and solution-oriented personality with teamwork skills, readiness to act, and own initiative
