• Shape the department for children and youth in a target group-oriented manner and work closely with the integration promotion specialist
• Take responsibility for the design and further development of tasks and projects
• Collaborate in all fields of work, such as open meeting spaces, social spatial projects, information and support, holiday offers, politics and networking, participation and integration promotion
• Work in a field of socio-cultural animation with a focus on open child and youth work
• Accompany the children's council and the youth council
• Maintain and shape trusting relationships with children, adolescents, and adults

• Admission for a part-time study in social work FH, ideally in socio-cultural animation
• Desire and courage to engage with new things and try out new ideas
• Resilient, creative, communicative, and humorous personality
