- Proficient in PMS systems like Opera Cloud and MS Office.
- Fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus.

About the job
What you will do with us
- Front Office & Guest: Conducting late check-ins and early check-outs, competent guest support by phone, as well as handling special requests.
- Valet & Luggage Service: Parking guest vehicles in the garage and assisting with luggage service and rooming.
- End of Day: Creating the end of day report in the system (Opera Cloud), checking outlet settlements, and physical cash management for accounting.
- Security & Control: Conducting regular security rounds, monitoring the fire alarm control panel, and ensuring nighttime quiet throughout the entire area.
- Preparation: Creating department lists, purchasing and booking newspapers, as well as performing shoe shining service.
Who you are
- Experience: Solid background in hospitality (preferably 5-star sector) and ideally experience in night shifts.
- IT Proficiency: Confident handling of PMS systems (Opera Cloud) as well as common MS Office applications.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Italian is a great advantage due to our location and clientele.
- Commitment: Valid driver’s license and the necessary physical fitness for rounds and luggage handling.
- Personality: High sense of responsibility, absolute discretion, and a well-groomed appearance that meets our standards.
