The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy, and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care center each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique all-round care from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. Your Contribution
- You prepare fresh, balanced meals daily for patients, residents, and employees
- You work reliably according to recipes and actively contribute to compliance with our quality and nutrition standards
- You flexibly support all stations in the kitchen and, if necessary, also the kitchen team at the Basel location including meal distribution
- Together with the team, you ensure consistent compliance with all hygiene regulations
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Cook EFZ
- Advantage: training as a diet cook or experience in the field of diet cuisine
- Experience in community, hospital, or home gastronomy is a plus
- You are a team-oriented, committed personality with a strong service mindset and high quality awareness
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness for regular work on weekends and public holidays
