Chef de Partie in the Japanese Restaurant MEGU (m/f/d), Summer Season, June - September 2026
Main Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional service and embody our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
Contribute to a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Overall responsibility for the station operations
- Planning, training, and leading Demi Chef and Commis MEGU
- Control of goods receipt, storage, and implementation of all standards
- Continuous optimization of the sustainable kitchen concept and guidance to reduce food waste
- Participation in menu development and quality improvement
Your Profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and the ambition to deliver top performance in all areas
- Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ or comparable three-year vocational training in gastronomy
- Several years of experience as Demi Chef or Chef de Partie, ideally with experience in Japanese cuisine
- Leadership experience and organizational skills
- Strong innovative power, expertise in sustainability, and modern kitchen trends
- Very good English skills as the company language
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, demanding environment
