• Preparation of cold and hot dishes for our residents and restaurant guests
• Training support for our apprentice cook (1 person)
• With your team, you create new dishes and keep meals seasonal and fresh from the market
• Participation in special events and theme weeks
• Support in the proper storage of food
• You design the various processes in the kitchen efficiently
• You are responsible for compliance with the hygiene concept
• You take into account the special needs of our residents, such as special diets and nutritional requirements
• Assuming responsibility in the absence of the sous-chef

• Customer orientation, high social competence, and a touch of humor
• Completed training as a cook
• Experience in a large kitchen or a comparable operation is an advantage
• Ideally, knowledge of dietetic cooking
• Independent and structured way of working
• Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
• High quality and service orientation
• Good Office application skills
