Your tasks
- Incident management (1st and 2nd level) of our core banking system Olympic
- Execution of database queries (DB2) as well as control and monitoring of applications via the command console
- SPOC for the specialist departments for all applications for which Application Engineering is responsible, including business analysis
- Application management (configuration of control parameters, report generation, etc.)
- Participation in release management: testing, coordination processes, collaboration with internal and external developers
Your profile
- Degree in business informatics with a focus on computer science/banking or comparable qualification
- Experience in requirement engineering (e.g., IREB certification) and IT service management (e.g., ITIL certification)
- Very good German and good English skills (level B1/B2)

Your first six months with us
Internal and external Olympic specialists will introduce you to the system and our peculiarities so that you gain the necessary knowledge for your daily work. As part of the major release of our core banking system, you will take over communication between internal and external application developers as well as the specialist departments from the start. In addition, you will configure the control parameters to implement the defined requirements.
