Debt Collection Clerk (m/f/d)

About the job

To successfully master the daily challenges of the real estate industry, we need service- and customer-oriented employees. As a specialist and part of the large real estate accounting team, you will take care of debt collection in cooperation with property management.

• Checking the monthly automated dunning runs
• Carrying out debt collection measures
• Accompanying the debt collection files from the debt enforcement request
• Responsible for the removal of legal objections
• Creating installment agreements as well as monitoring and reminding payments
• Creating eviction requests in case of termination due to payment arrears
• Telephone and written contact with all affected parties (frontline staff, tenants, owners, lawyers, authorities, etc.)

• You have completed a commercial basic training
• Experience in the debt collection field as well as knowledge of the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) are a must
• Knowledge of tenancy law is an advantage
• Your German is confident, French skills are your advantage
