The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an inter-cantonal reference hospital, bringing together more than 2,000 collaborators. The Rennaz Hospital Center has more than 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. To complete our neuropsychology-speech therapy team within the neurology unit of the Rennaz hospital, we are offering a position of:

In hospital:
Main tasks:
- Conduct neuropsychological assessments of acute patients hospitalized in the Stroke Unit
- Work interdisciplinarily and complementarily with neurologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and liaison nurses.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings of the stroke unit and some neuro training meetings.
- Be in contact with other institutions involved in the continuation of patient care in the post-acute phase to ensure rapid and effective transmission of useful information.
Occasionally:
- Conduct neuropsychological assessments of patients hospitalized for other brain injuries (encephalopathies, neurodegenerative diseases, etc.).
Outpatient:
Main tasks:
- Conduct neuropsychological assessments of adult patients known for stroke, MS, epilepsy, or other neurological disorders, at the request of hospital or private doctors; occasional psychiatric and/or neurodevelopmental etiologies.
Occasionally :
- Provide individual neuropsychological care starting January 2027, depending on the development of the discipline.
We require
— A Master’s degree in psychology or an equivalent title with a specialty in neuropsychology. Preferably, FSP specialization title or federal MAS certificate, or close to obtaining it.
— At least 3 years of clinical experience with brain-injured patients.
— Excellent command of spoken and written French.
— Autonomy, efficiency, organization, and very good interpersonal skills.
— Mastery of a second language is considered an asset.
