What you will do here
- Plan and implement the service delivery of the Timber Startup Incubator TSI as well as build and maintain member management and partner relationships
- Responsible for communication including content planning, coordination of external agencies, and provision of content
- Prepare and conduct events as well as manage dossiers, create reports, and plan and control budgets
- Ensure the management and continuous development of the offers and services of the TSI
- Further develop partnerships and reach in collaboration with the Research department

What you ideally bring with you
- Business or commercial background with tertiary education
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 3–5 years) in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in innovation and sustainability environments as well as dealing with partners from business, industry, or (technical) university environments is an advantage
- Independent, structured working style with skills in project, stakeholder, quality management, and controlling
- Very good German skills (C1), good English skills (B2); French skills desirable
