Your tasks
- Operational responsibility for support services for several client mandates in healthcare (qualitative, financial and personnel)
- Leadership, promotion and continuous development of a team of approx. 55 employees
- Maintaining constant customer contact and contact person for technical questions
- Responsibility for our support services and ensuring a high-quality service as well as compliance with hygiene regulations
- Conducting quality controls as well as coaching and supporting employees
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other areas
- Planning, organization, coordination, monitoring and optimization of all workflows
- Independent recruitment of new employees
- Management of material, machine and equipment orders
- Administrative tasks including budget responsibility
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience and completed training or further education in housekeeping, cleaning or facility management
- Professional experience in healthcare and/or hospitality
- Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality
- Human, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organization and coordination
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Service orientation and independence
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- MS Office user skills
