At our six locations in the Greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement at our tilia Wittigkofen location for a humorousYour task
- Leadership and competence-based work planning of a team of around 20 employees
- Responsibility for the care and support of about 35 residents in your residential area (together with the responsible care support person assigned to you and support from our care process manager)
- Active participation in care and contact with residents and relatives
Our requirements
- Joy in the nursing profession in long-term care
- Diploma in nursing HF (or equivalent SRK recognized diploma), ideally with experience caring for ventilated people, RAI knowledge is an advantage
- Several years of leadership experience and completed leadership training or willingness to complete such training
- Resident-oriented, responsible and assertive personality with a high quality mindset and awareness of economic contexts
