Marketing Specialist (Web, Content & Design) 80%

To strengthen our marketing team at our headquarters in Oberhasli/ZH, we are looking for a creative and motivated personality as a Marketing Specialist (Web, Content & Design) 80%, who will take our marketing activities to the next level.

• Responsibility for the maintenance and further development of the company website and webshop (Magento 2)
• Planning and implementation of online marketing measures including SEO (On- & Offpage) as well as performance analysis with tools like Google Analytics
• Conceptualization and implementation of marketing and communication materials (brochures, flyers, advertising materials – print & digital) as well as co-responsibility for the design of giveaways
• Planning and booking of advertisements (print & digital)
• Organization and coordination of trade fairs, events, and training sessions
• Collaboration with external partners such as agencies, photographers, printing companies, and media partners
• Support in market analyses and trend observations
• Participation in the further development of our social media strategy and general brand presence
• Participation in internal and external communication

• Completed training in marketing (e.g., marketing specialist with federal certificate, media technician EFZ or comparable)
• At least three years of professional experience in marketing, ideally B2B in an SME or industrial environment
• Experience in online marketing as well as website or content maintenance (CMS / webshop)
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, other tools are an advantage)
• Organizational talent and enjoyment in planning and coordinating trade fair appearances, events, and training sessions
• Analytical thinking and structured, independent working style
• High initiative, sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and a hands-on mentality
• German as mother tongue, very good knowledge of French
