Job Description

• As a host, you are the first point of contact for our guests and your team
• Advising our guests and supporting them in choosing the perfect food and beverage offerings
• Responsibility for well-maintained, inviting gastronomic areas
• Co-responsibility for quality management as well as professional complaint management
• Thanks to your organizational talent, you always keep an overview of all processes
• Leading shifts and ensuring smooth service operations – with active participation in service and support of your team
• Supporting staff planning and organizing daily business
• Conducting on-the-job training and accompanying new employees
• Co-responsibility for service costs and inventory and responsible for the monthly stocktaking

Qualifications

• A completed education and further training in the field of gastronomy or hotel management
• You already have several years of valuable experience in the F&B sector
• You enjoy working with people; guests and colleagues feel your enthusiasm
• Creativity and passion to live menus and concepts in daily service and offer guests unforgettable experiences
• You ensure that your team works harmoniously together
• Good German and English skills, any additional language is a plus
• You have experience with staff planning
• Organizational talent and a fine sense of quality to always ensure excellent service
