Interested in a diverse position with creative freedom starting immediately or by arrangement? In the On-site 3 area, around 22 employees accompany, care for, and support about 32 residents. The interdisciplinary team supports the residents according to their needs and strengthens their participation and self-efficacy.


This is your task

You are responsible as a manager for the personnel and organizational leadership of a team that accompanies the residents in two residential groups. Due to an ongoing organizational development process, two teams have been merged. You share responsibility for ensuring that the service delivery for the residents is successfully implemented. You enjoy promoting, supporting, and qualifying the employees. In collaboration with the co-managers of other departments and the professional leaders of the disciplines psychiatry, pedagogy, and somatics, you actively contribute. Your talent and commitment to optimizing processes and driving further development are a great asset for working in the interdisciplinary team. You will be supported in your tasks by a deputy.

This is what you bring

You have a HF or FH degree (psychiatry, social sector, or nursing) and completed leadership training. Your already gained leadership experience enables you to have high decision-making and implementation skills. You convince with negotiation skills, resilience, and your flair for interdisciplinary collaboration. Dealing with psychiatrically demanding clients with partly somatic complaints is not entirely new to you. With your pronounced social competence and humorous manner, you succeed in strengthening your team in consulting and coaching matters.
