Your new challenge:
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately for a reliable and committed team leader with the potential to take on the deputy role of the operations manager.
Your area of responsibility
- Professional execution of special cleaning tasks
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Coordination and leadership of a team
- Planning and organization of workflows on site
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Communication with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Control and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
- Documentation and reporting of completed cleaning tasks
Your qualifications and skills
- Training as a building cleaner EFZ or similar
- Several years of experience in special cleaning
- Not afraid of heights, reliable, resilient and a team player
- Independent and careful working style
- German language skills B2
- Driver's license category B, category BE advantageous
- IPAF and PSAgA certificate advantageous
- Friendly, well-groomed and customer-oriented appearance
