HR Generalist (m/f/x)

As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and autonomous HR generalist.
Your tasks
- Support the HR advisor in recruitment processes, including pre-selection of applications, organizing interviews, and coordinating the process as the contact person
- Assist the HR generalist in personnel administrative management, from entry to exit: drafting employment contracts, entering data into the system, managing changes, writing work certificates, etc.
Our requirements
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
- HRSE certificate as HR manager or HR assistant.e
- Proven experience in administrative HR management
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as a good understanding of German
- Proficiency in Abacus software is an asset
- Very good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
The workplace is Fribourg.
Start date: February 1, 2026, or by agreement.
