For our Zurich Europaallee branch, we are looking for a Co-Teamlead Clothing 80 - 100% to start immediately or by arrangement. In a team of three leaders, you will take on one of the three co-teamlead roles. Together, you lead the approximately 30-member clothing/kids team in our largest branch at Europaallee in Zurich. All team members share the same goal: to provide our customers with the best advice on everything related to outdoor products in the clothing and kids categories. Each member of the co-teamlead team carries part of the responsibility and fulfills different roles. Does such an environment appeal to you?   • Experience in retail and with sales strategy aspects. You bring this along.
  • Digitally savvy and proficient in common MS programs. Naturally.

  • New organizational models and agile working methods inspire you.
