The Novotel Geneva Centre, a 4-star establishment nestled in the heart of Geneva, offers 206 elegant rooms, a friendly restaurant and bar, a well-equipped fitness center, and 5 rooms dedicated to conferences or seminars. Complementing this offer, the Residence offers 30 studios located just behind the Novotel. Our team, working for these two entities, thus ensures quality service and a memorable experience for our clients.
- Provides guests with a warm, efficient welcome in accordance with the quality standards of the establishment
- Performs computer and administrative procedures related to check-in/check-out on the hotel’s computer system
- Verifies guarantees and client reservations
- Ensures follow-up of guests’ stays by communicating important information to colleagues and supervisors and by verifying guarantees
- Answers telephone calls and occasionally takes reservations
- Maintains, verifies, and controls their personal cash register
- Responds to various guest requests and follows up to ensure their satisfaction
- Provides guests with tourist information
- Executes various projects assigned by management
- Applies procedures and policies defined by the brand and hotel regarding guest control and personal security
- Ensures that guests’ special requests are forwarded to the relevant departments
- Embodies the Heartist spirit in interactions with guests
- Fluency in English and a second language according to hotel needs
