Our senior and nursing center Alpsteeblick – a place with heart and warmth and a beautiful view of the Alpstein – offers 61 residents a place of community, security, and a home.
For our team, we are looking for a team leader nursing and care by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team of the protected residential group F1
- Staff planning
- Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of residents suffering from dementia
- Active participation in daily nursing
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, therapists
- Quality assurance and further development of nursing
Your backpack
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF or equivalent qualification
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
- High resilience and assertiveness
- Good knowledge of German
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs (BESA knowledge is an advantage)
