In this versatile role, you will ensure tasks and replacements in the various hospitality services of our client (move, reception, mail room, conference rooms, laundry)
Your tasks:
- Preparation of shipments, reception, sorting of incoming mail/packages/goods and internal distribution
- Inter-site delivery rounds
- Transport of various materials, furniture, handling of pallets and bulky goods
- Management of loading/unloading/storage
- Clearing and setting up events and conference room setup
- Installation, handling of furniture, cabling of workstations
- Small jobs, cleaning and maintenance of furniture
- Filling and managing clothing stock
- Reception and customer service
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma in logistics or postal field or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field
- Category B driving license mandatory
- Forklift license mandatory
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Good knowledge of English at least B1 level
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP or other ERP or ordering software)
- Ability to carry loads (Move)
- Availability and flexibility
- Service orientation and friendliness
- Sense of priority and organization
