Your tasks:

• Assembly of high-precision cross roller bearings according to technical drawings and work instructions
• Performing visual and dimensional inspections during and after assembly
• Adjustment and fine-tuning of bearing components
• Documentation of work steps and quality features
• Compliance with safety and quality standards

Your profile:

• Career changers with manual skills, a delicate touch, and an eye for detail
• Completed training is an advantage, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, cutting machine operator, or assembly technician
• Experience in assembling precision components is helpful
• Technical understanding and initial experience in reading drawings are advantageous
• Careful, structured, and quality-conscious working style
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and flexibility
