gaw is a non-profit organization and has stood since 1987 for professional and sustainable work and residential integration for people with mainly psychological impairments in the Basel region. A diverse team of around 100 professionals contributes in the areas of retail/production, gastronomy, housekeeping, packaging and shipping, commercial professions as well as housing with around 230 supported work and training places and 35 partially supervised residential places.

Your mission - with meaning & responsibility
- You supervise, lead and train our apprentices and employees with support needs.
- You independently manage your department (focus: baked goods) including ordering and assortment maintenance.
- You professionally document the training progress (Abacus).
- You take over the deputy role in other departments and ensure smooth processes.
- You live our quality standards and actively contribute your ideas.
Your profile - competent & empathetic
- Completed training in retail EFZ (food mandatory)
- Leadership experience
- Several years of experience in the fresh/food sector
- Joy and patience in dealing with people with special needs
- Trainer course is an advantage
- Independent, structured way of working with a flair for numbers
- Good IT skills (SAP, Abacus, MS Office)
- Flexible deployment in day shifts
