Student Mobility Services (SMS) plays a key role in realising the University of St.Gallen's internationalisation goals. We manage a broad portfolio of global exchange opportunities, maintain partnerships with leading universities worldwide, and contribute to strategic initiatives such as ENGAGE.EU. Your tasks
- Manage and oversee the complete Freemover Outgoing process (from application to nomination and confirmation
- Provide guidance and advising to HSG students interested in Freemover programmes. Serve as the primary contact point for HSG students regarding Freemover mobility options
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of student applications in Mobility Online and related systems
- Ensure consistent and professional communication with students, universities, HSG departments, and administrative service units
- Support the administration, coordination, and documentation of international cooperation and exchange agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Your profile
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and reliability
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with confidence in interacting with students, universities, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative, service-oriented team environment
- Strong intercultural competence and the ability to work in an international and diverse context
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage complex cases and navigate unclear situations professionally
- High level of customer orientation, empathy, and patience when supporting students and partners
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken) as well as strong English skills for communication with international partners
