Tasks
- Führen des Ladenpersonals und Erstellen von Einsatzplänen.
- Verantwortung über das Budget und Kennzahlen der Verkaufsstelle.
- Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel mit EFZ oder gleichwertig.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise Lebensmitteldetailhandel.
- Hohe Sozial- und Fachkompetenz.

- Leading the store staff and creating deployment plans
- Responsibility for the budget and key figures of the sales outlet
- Support in recruiting new employees and apprentices
- Friendly and courteous advice to our customers
- Optimal inventory management and ordering of sales and promotional goods
- Ensuring concept-faithful and appealing product presentation
- Supervision, training, and development of apprentices and employees
- Responsibility for the proper management of the integrated post office agency
- Handling various administrative tasks

- Completed training in retail with EFZ or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retail)
- Enjoyment of active customer contact
- Very good knowledge of German
- High willingness for flexible working hours
- Independent and reliable working style
- High social and professional competence
- Trainer certificate is an advantage
