Department:DFFIEntity:Tax Service (SCCO)Activities:As a secretary, you independently support a group of lawyers in managing administrative tasks. In this capacity, you record and manage the files entrusted to the entity. You ensure the processing and drafting of correspondence as well as administrative documents (certificates, requisitions, minutes, etc.). Furthermore, you publish on the intranet the documents related to the legal entity. As part of your duties, you also work closely with the service's executive secretariat. You also ensure the layout of reports, draft laws, training materials, and other documents (directives, etc.). Finally, you may be called upon to participate in internal working groups.Desired profile:With a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, you ideally have several years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the legal field is an asset. You have a perfect command of French spelling and language as well as office tools. Autonomous and endowed with a strong sense of responsibility, you show initiative while respecting assigned competencies.
